The Units pram wedge is designed for tummy time while your baby is awake and supervised by an adult. Check the dimensions against the space inside your pram before use.
Once your baby starts moving forwards independently, stop using the wedge in the pram. On the floor it can become a small obstacle for supervised crawling play.
